I am a Registered Psychologist who has worked in the role of counselor, therapist and psychologist in and around the Edmonton area since 2010.  I specialize in helping individuals and couples recover from substance abuse, sex addiction and trauma.  I have a lot of experience and connect well with people presenting with complex issues including multiple diagnoses and personality disorders.  Many of my clients describe my approach as gentle and caring.  I do my best to make it safe for the unknown or the hidden parts of self to be brought into the light.  I have both lived and professional experience and training in the field of mental health and addictions.  I have facilitated trainings and workshops on sex addiction and motivational interviewing.
